How do the personalised routes work?
You pick your dates and park days on your trip, and pay: four details and the price is worked out on the spot. From there you have your own area to tell us the rest, section by section — food, attractions, shows, where you're staying and your group — at your own pace, with no need to fill it all in at once. Whenever you're ready, click "Generate my Route now" and we build it with whatever you've told us by then.
What does the personalised itinerary include?
Your Route is the plan for each day, with timings: what to do, in what order and at what time, worked out from the real queues and opening times on your dates so you wait as little as possible and walk as little as possible. You carry it on your phone, with the map and an alert for each stop, and we also send it to you as a PDF in case you'd rather have it without depending on signal.
BOOKING
How much does it cost?
The service costs €15 per day of planning. We recommend booking it for every day of your visit, unless you're leaving very early on the last day and won't get to enjoy the park.
How long will it take to receive my itinerary?
You decide when: once you've told us what you want to on your trip, click "Generate my Route now" and we build it with whatever you've told us by then. If you don't click the button, that's fine: we generate it automatically a week before your first day in the parks, or 24 hours after payment if you've booked with less notice than that. Either way, once the Route is generated your answers are locked: if anything changes afterwards — a booking, an opening time, a day — write to us and we'll generate it again.
The later you generate it, the better it tends to turn out: every confirmed booking and every answer you give us is a fixed point the rest fits around. The earlier you generate it, the sooner you have it. There's no one right answer for everyone.
How far in advance should I book the service?
The sooner the better: with a week or more you have plenty of time to tell us everything before the Route is generated, whether you generate it yourself or we generate it automatically.
The minimum is 2 days from today — one for you to tell us what matters, and one for us to build the Route and check it before sending it. There is no upper limit, though we recommend not booking more than two months ahead.
Is this service affiliated with Disneyland Paris?
No, our service is independent: it is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Disneyland Paris, Disneyland Park, Disney Adventure World or The Walt Disney Company. All trademarks and attraction names belong to their owners. We want to help you get the most out of your visit.
Can I withdraw from the purchase?
Yes, you have 14 days to withdraw from the moment you buy, unless you give your explicit consent to start earlier: generating the Route is that moment, because from then on we're already building your itinerary. Full details are in the Terms and Conditions.
