Allergies and intolerances

How to flag them when booking, what to ask at the counter, and where there are more options.

First, because it changes what you can expect from us: in your client area you can mark that the group has an allergy or intolerance, and that mark does reach the team that reviews your Route. But today, of the whole set of intolerances, only gluten reaches the search that assembles the itinerary — it is the only one that makes the Route automatically avoid a particular restaurant on the list. The rest (lactose, nuts, and the others) we receive and take into account by hand when preparing your document, but they do not yet change which restaurant is proposed automatically. If you have an intolerance that worries you, tell us in your client area anyway — that is the right channel — and if it is something you would rather not leave to chance, tell us in a message too: we will treat it as something to be resolved, not as a field that gets lost in a form.

Inside the park, the practice that works best is to say it twice: when booking a table (most bookable Disneyland Paris restaurants let you note allergies at that point) and again on arrival, with the waiter or at the counter — many Disneyland Paris restaurants work with the Natama allergen programme, which lets you consult a detailed per-dish list on the spot, not just what appears on the printed menu.

Where to start, depending on what you need: for a vegan diet, Auberge de Cendrillon (Fantasyland), The Regal View Restaurant (World of Frozen), Silver Spur Steakhouse (Frontierland), Captain Jack's - Restaurant des Pirates (Adventureland), Walt's - an American Restaurant (Main Street) and PYM Kitchen (Avengers Campus) have specific, named vegan dishes on their menus, not merely "options on request". For gluten-free, Auberge de Cendrillon, Walt's and PYM Kitchen also stand out for having a specific offering beyond leaving an ingredient out. At the snack kiosks the gluten-free or vegan offering is far more uneven from one stand to another — there it is worth asking on the spot rather than assuming there will be something, especially if you need more than a drink.

None of this replaces asking on site on the day of your visit: menus change with the season, and a dish that has an alternative today may not have one on your travel dates.

What happens now

  • This page will keep asking you for what's missing: who is coming, where you are staying, what you have booked. None of it is compulsory, but the more you tell us, the more the Route is yours.
  • We work it out using the real queues for your dates, not those of any old day. That is why it isn't instant.
  • We'll write to you as soon as it's ready. You don't need to wait on this page.
