ATTRACTIONS
Your must-dos
Of everything in the two parks, what is non-negotiable for you? If something absolutely has to be there — the ride the little one has been asking about since March, the one you missed last time — tell us and we will weigh it heavily when we build the Route. You can't mark them before buying, which is why this part is locked.
One warning before you mark them: the most famous attractions are almost always the ones with the longest queues, and marking them as must-dos does not make them faster — it makes the day disappear into them. A 70-minute wait is, in practice, three or four of the other attractions you will now not do.
Mark the ones you genuinely would not forgive yourselves for missing and leave us the rest: we will take them into account and fit everything else around them. The fewer you mark, the more room we have to make the rest of the day work.
Saying "there's nothing here" is an answer too
This question needs an answer before we can generate the Route, and this one here is one of them.
We'll choose. We'll spread the day across the best-rated things in each park and whatever fits your hours and the queues on those days.
This is the example view, so what you tick here is only saved in this browser. When you buy it is saved with your trip, and it can be changed for as long as the Route hasn't been generated.
Once your purchase is active you will be able to tell us which attractions are non-negotiable for you — beyond the ones Disney headlines by default — and we will take that into account when we build your Route.
To decide which ones are yours, it helps to know what we already prioritise by default, what we hold about each attraction, and the two things in the park that are not up to us. All of it is below.
The ones we prioritise without you telling us anything
There are more than 60 attractions across the two parks and we do not treat them all alike, so here is the starting point before you add anything. About twenty are the ones we consider the must-dos — the ones Disney treats as headliners in each park — and your Route prioritises them by default: Big Thunder Mountain, Indiana Jones™ et le Temple du Péril, Star Wars Hyperspace Mountain, Phantom Manor and Pirates of the Caribbean at Disneyland Park; Frozen Ever After in World of Frozen, Avengers Assemble: Flight Force, Spider-Man W.E.B. Adventure, Crush's Coaster and The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror at Disney Adventure World, among others.
What we hold about each attraction
This is not a list of opinions: it is what we know about each attraction and what your Route looks at to work out whether you can ride it and whether it is worth it. The numbers are from our catalogue as at 23 August 2026 and we review them each season. We count fewer than the resort advertises because only things that can be a stop in the day go in here: shows and character meets are counted separately, and anything closed or replaced does not count.
- Attractions we plan around 50
- With a minimum height 10
- With single rider 9
- With baby switch 7
- Indoors, for the rain 18
- Marked as must-dos 18
Two things worth knowing
Disney Premier Access
This is Disney's paid system for skipping the queue on particular attractions — you buy it inside the app on the day, either per attraction or as a full-day pass. We do not manage it and your purchase does not include it: if you use it, your real day will run faster than the Route shows, and that is a good thing — it means you have time to spare for what wasn't planned.
The Disneyland Railroad
It loops around Disneyland Park in about 20 minutes and passes scenes you can only see from the train. We don't include it as a stop or as transport in your Route: right now not all the stations open at the same time, so in practice walking is almost always faster than waiting to board. If you have a spare moment at the end of the day, or it rains, it makes a good rest — but don't count on it to get between areas.
