The meals on your trip
A confirmed booking is a fixed point: we know the exact time and the exact restaurant, so the rest of the day is built around it rather than the other way round. It is the single thing that changes your Route most, so the sooner we have it, the better everything else fits.
Meals you haven't booked don't stay blank: we suggest where to eat each day, and it isn't always a restaurant — if your board includes breakfast, or you'd rather bring lunch from home, that's a plan too and it takes up its slot just the same.

Choosing well is easier when you know where the character dining is, where to eat cheaply, what you can bring in from outside, and how far ahead each booking opens. That is what's below.
When each booking opens
Booking a table at Disneyland Paris doesn't work like a restaurant in your own town: tables open weeks ahead and the best ones go the same day they open. This is what's worth being clear about before you look at the grid above.
Character dining
This fills up first, by a long way. If you're going with children and it matters to you, this is the booking to make first.
Table-service restaurants
Booked through the app or by phone, and in high season it's best not to leave it to the week before.
Quick service and kiosks
No bookings. You walk in and eat, which is why they're the flexible part of the day.
Your hotel
If you have board, breakfast is already sorted and sometimes dinner is too. Check before booking anything: it's the easiest way to pay twice for the same meal.
Disney sets the exact windows and they change by season, so we won't put a number of days here that would go stale: check the official app. What we can tell you is the order — character dining first, then table service, and the rest sorts itself out as you go.
